Founded in 1969 in Terrasse-Vaudreuil, just west of the Island of Montréal, Polymos has distinguished itself as a leader in the expanded plastics industry. Under one roof it offers all the services necessary to carry out your projects – design and engineering, prototyping, mould manufacturing (CAD/CAM), production by moulding or cutting, quality assurance, and customer service.
The entire plant originally occupied the 2,500 square foot
building that today houses the employee's cafeteria. Today, Polymos has two
plants with state-of-the-art equipment and 260,000 square feet devoted to
production. Parts of all sizes can be moulded or cut from three families of
expanded resins, each with its own distinct characteristics.
