The experience of our multidisciplinary team is a precious asset when it comes to the designing of new moulds. Right from the beginning, we integrate tool manufacturing into the development process with our customers/partners. Thus the mould is designed in parallel with the product, guaranteeing better performance, improving production time and facilitating adjustments during the moulding of early prototypes. At the end of the day, it is a very efficient development process that has been making its mark since 1969.
Thanks to the expertise it has acquired in mould manufacturing, Polymos is also able to offer sub-contracting services in precision tooling on its CNC milling machines.
