Serving as lightweight fill material or as landscapping (green roofs), expanded polystyrene (EPS) blocks can be molded in a wide range of densities and thicknesses to meet your needs.

Our manufacturing equipments have a high output and are flexible which insures the required capacity to supply the job sites "just in time". In addition, the engineering team of Polymos will be pleased to offer you the technical support to facilitate the installation of the blocks.

WHAT ARE INSULATED CONCRETE FORMS?

Insulating forms are made of polystyrene panels that are specifically designed to be assembled and then filled with concrete. Once the concrete has set and hardened, the EPS panels remain in place permanently and serve as insulation. Walls made in this way are solid, monolithic and provide superior comfort thanks to their thermal mass.
Conventional covering can subsequently be applied to both the inside and outside.

In contrast to wood or insulating wools, the concrete/EPS does not allow any air infiltration, mold growth or structural movement and offers superior sound insulation and substantial energy savings on air conditioning and heating.

This is the first and only “structural” integrated insulating concrete form system. Entire sections of wall can be pre-assembled in the factory or at the worksite. Because KEPS forms are so rigid, they need only a minimum of bracing due to the vertical continuity of the webs.

SIMPLE: A single model of EPS panel is all you need. Straight webs and corner webs make for easy seamless assembly.

RAPID: Pouring in the concrete is fast and efficient using a pump.

EFFECTIVE: KEPS is a system of structural forms that lets you rapidly erect vertical reinforced concrete walls that are insulated, soundproof and fireproof.
